Policy Voice – Influencing Government

One of the central missions of the IoD is to represent the views of its members to government, campaigning for the big decisions that will deliver the business environment they need to thrive.

What is Policy Voice?

Launched in June 2008, Policy Voice is the IoD's authoritative public policy panel. Through a programme of short monthly online surveys and quarterly discussion forums, Policy Voice connects over 2,500 members directly to the IoD policy team, allowing directors to shape the IoD's approach to the key business issues affecting their organisations.

Policy Voice survey data underpins the policy reports and consultation responses the IoD publishes on members' behalf, and informs the regular dialogue with ministers, government officials and other key influencers undertaken by the Director General and policy team. Survey results are also regularly cited in the media.

How to Join

Membership of Policy Voice is only open to current members of the IoD.

To take part, simply click here to take a brief profile survey. This should take less than 10 minutes of your time to complete. Once registered, and your membership details have been verified, you will start to receive invitations to take the monthly surveys.
