The IoD Yorkshire Region has almost 2,500 members with active branches in South, East, West and North Yorkshire. A lively programme of local and regional events is staged for members and guests around the county including Skipton and Hull.

The regional office is based at the IoD Yorkshire Hub in Leeds and is run by our regional administrator Susanne Foxley. We represent directors and equivalent status members from a wide range of business disciplines, drawn largely from the SME sector.

All members are welcome to attend events at any branch.

On the 20 Jul at 10.00hrs at IoD Leeds; Paul Carpenter the Catering Manager of OCS and Andrew Jones of Superpower Corporation will run, walk for 24 hrs up and down the 7 storey staircase of the building. This will be to raise funds and awareness of both the Army Benevolent Fund and the Royal British Legion. Two charities close to Paul who is a Veteran after 23 Years Colour Service in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.

IoD Yorkshire wil be playing a prominent role in the year's Yorkshire Business & Arts Festival (YBAF) when it hosts a major event on Monday, June 18th. Called The Momentum Gathering Convention, the event will close the four-day featival. The IoD is organising the event in conjunction with UKTI and Leeds Metropolitan University, with the dual goals of encouraging the region's businesses to look overseas for new markets and opportunities as we target economic growth, and help directors as they look for their own professional development.  Held at MEPC, Wellington Place, Leeds and £60 +VAT for the full day including all sessions and refreshments. To book your place click here
